Topography is 90% beautiful level mountaintop - shape is like a "V"

This small home will require about $80,ooo to be ready to live in, and about
$60,ooo more to expand with 3 more Large & Lovely rooms on it.

The initial  electric, phone, & TV-cable Services are all secured & laid in underground, & energized with 200 amp service.
